Description
This carrier board is designed to receive any Cube (Cube Black, Cube Orange, Cube Yellow, Cube Purple) thanks to its standardized DF17 connector.
This interface allows to connection of multiple accessories to a Cube like GPS receivers, distance sensors (LiDAR, sonars, etc.), or any equipment communicating in Mavlink (Gremsy gimbal, FLIR camera, etc.).
The biggest highlight of this carrier board is that it embeds a uAvionix 1090MHz ADSB IN receiver. Thanks to it, your drone will receive incoming signals from aircraft (speed, altitude, position, etc.) on this frequency. It is the same signal used by websites tracking commercial aircraft like FlightRadar or FlightAware. This information can be displayed on telemetry or directly used by the drone for automated avoidance (anti-collision).
